Dorothy Devlin

Dorothy Devlin is the Cofounder of DEVLINHAIR Productions, known for strategic planning, consulting and the production of flawless, large-scale events and training.

DEVLINHAIR has become one of the premier production companies, generating repeat business from Fortune 100 companies. Dorothy’s unstoppable commitment to client service and keen understanding of clients’ needs have contributed to her outstanding success and the success of DEVLINHAIR's clients.

Dorothy holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Dunbarton College and a degree in special education from Hofstra University. She is a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization, Board Chair of Marquis Studios and a member of the board of the National Youth Recovery Foundation.

Barbara Hair

Barbara Hair is among an elite group that has defined the industry. After a successful career as a television commercial producer in New York City, she joined Jim Sant’Andrea, Inc. and quickly excelled to become President of Production for Film, Video and Corporate. She was then recruited to Clarion Marketing & Communications as Vice President and Director of Audio-Visual Operations, and increased the company’s business by 50% in just three years.

As the Cofounder of DEVLINHAIR Productions, she has produced both small- and large-scale international events for clients, ranging from pharmaceutical groups to consumer products to financial firms. Her commitment to the highest production quality coupled with her passion for extraordinary creativity, balanced by on-time,
on-budget projects and having the best production teams are what keep clients coming back to DEVLINHAIR as their go-to solutions-based group.

Carl Hyman

EVP of Learning & Performance

Carl Hyman, a proven leader in learning and performance excellence, heads the Learning & Performance Group at DEVLINHAIR Productions. While responsible for overall strategy and client service, he sets the standard in the design, development and evaluation of training and performance initiatives.

Carl’s creative approach to training integrates sound learning principles with new media. The results of a training initiative under Carl’s guidance outperformed client expectations in preparing their sales representatives to shift the prescribing habits of their physicians. His teams also create efficacious sales training initiatives.

Julie Jackson

EVP of Project Management

A native New Yorker, Julie Jackson joined the DEVLINHAIR Productions team with vast experience in marketing and communications. Her career began in entertainment, where she worked as Director of Direct Marketing for The King Biscuit Entertainment Group, developing creative solutions for products in a highly saturated market. After earning her master's degree in integrated marketing communications, she excelled during her tenure as Publicist for EZG Media‐Marketing, designing media plans for recording artists.

Soon after joining DEVLINHAIR, Julie swiftly rose through the ranks and was promoted to Executive Vice President of Project Management. Julie oversees the production and operations departments at DEVLINHAIR and is responsible for securing project teams and overall client compliance.
